These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Senior Insurance Advisors (“SIA”, “we”, “us”) website and any quote-request or consultation services offered through it. By accessing this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

Not Insurance; No Guarantees

SIA connects consumers with licensed insurance agents who represent one or more final expense insurance carriers. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage, rate, or eligibility. Actual availability, premiums, and underwriting decisions are made by the issuing carrier.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to submit a quote request. Final expense coverage discussed on this site is typically available to applicants ages 45–85; final eligibility is determined by the carrier.

TCPA & Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to be contacted by SIA and its licensed agents and partner carriers at the phone number(s) and email address you provided — including by pre-recorded voice, automated telephone dialing systems (auto-dialers), SMS/text message, and email — regarding final expense and related insurance products, even if your number is on any federal or state Do Not Call list. Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Misrepresentations on an insurance application may result in denial of coverage or rescission of a policy by the carrier.

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, and layout — is the property of SIA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all information provided are furnished “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SIA does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA and its affiliates, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any quote provided.

Not Affiliated With Any Government Agency

SIA is a private company. We are not connected with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Medicare, the Social Security Administration, or any other federal or state government agency.
